In this episode of Talk with Thomas, you will hear my personal philosophy of learning. This philosophy has been shaped by my past and current status as a learner and leader, my leadership classes through Radford University, and the interviews that I have completed with people who inspire me to become the best instructional leader that I can be for my students and fellow educational peers.
This blogcast started as a project to encompass everything that I have learned about curriculum, instruction, and assessment throughout my class, but has developed into so much more. Take a listen to see why I believe it is important to have #OneVoice as a division, but also the importance of building relationships that foster collaboration, communication, critical and creative thinking, and citizenship.
